Ingredients :
- 500 g of wheat flour
- 300 ml of lukewarm water
- 1 sachet of dehydrated baker's yeast
- 10 g of salt
- 150g pitted black olives, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons of Provençal herbs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation of this homemade bread recipe:
- Mix the yeast into the warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt, then add the water and yeast. Knead until you get a smooth dough.
