The oven is built on a 6/7 cm concrete base, you only have to build 2 strong brick walls (you can use concrete) with 15 cm, to place the oven.

Pizza´s Recipe for your Wood Pizza Oven indoor - BRAGA 90cm

 

Salsa Verde Mushroom Pizza

 

Ingredients:

1/3C extra-virgin olive oil

3 cloves garlic – crushed

500gm button mushrooms – sliced

1/2C freshly grated parmesan cheese

2 tsp whole grain mustard

1/2C fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

1/2C fresh mint

1/4C fresh breadcrumbs

1 tbsp capers – rinsed and drained

2 anchovies

 

Method:

Mix 1 tbsp oil, 2 crushed cloves garlic and sliced mushrooms together

Stir in the parmesan cheese

Spread mustard over pizza base

Top with mushroom mixture

Place in oven to cook

Salsa  Verde:   place  all  in  food  processor  –  parsley,  mint,  breadcrumbs,  capers, anchovies and remaining oil and garlic – process until well combined

Place salsa verde on top of cooked pizza and serve.
