Discover with us the reasons why we have a weakness for charcoal barbecues and follow our advice!
A solid barbecue
Generally built from stone, firebrick, or other contemporary materials, the barbecue is easy to assemble and set up after purchase and delivery. Place it on the patio, under an awning, or in the garden, so that odors are evacuated far from the house... and the washing lines!
Full of accessories
Whether traditional or modern, the dimensions of the different models allow you to take advantage of a large number of barbecue accessories designed to make cooking your food easier. Grills, rotisserie, coal shovel, pick, brooms... The choice is wide, not forgetting equipment such as storage bin, worktop, sink and tap and also a wood-fired oven for bread and pizza .
Tasty cooking
Cooking meat, fish and vegetables on the barbecue allows you to soak up that little smoky taste that you find in a famous brand of grill restaurant with its thatched roof... On condition of course that you control the flames and monitor the cooking carefully.
> Burnt flour = oven too hot. Cool the baking stone by spreading water over it. Then repeat the flour test.

Cheap charcoal cooking
Using a wood-burning barbecue is really inexpensive. Firstly, because charcoal is cheap, but more importantly, because you can prepare it yourself. To do this, just like you would a fireplace, break up a crate of wood and add twigs, a few intermediate branches, and two medium-sized logs of hornbeam, oak, or beech. Light the fire and regularly break up the logs while cooking. The embers will catch and heat will build. All that's left is to cook!
