Q: Can we request a refund? Has an item repaired or replaced?

A: If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange your items or be refunded (excluding the cost of shipping and reshipping), by returning the item (s) in their original packaging. 'origin within 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original, undamaged packaging. It must be accompanied by all its accessories (Grills etc.)

Otherwise you will lose your right of withdrawal and the product will be returned to you, at your expense.
