"Unbeatable Bulgar Salad"

Ingredients:

225g bulgar wheat

1 small orange pepper

2 tbsp spring onion, chopped

3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

3 tbsp soy sauce

6 tbsp french dressing

Method:

Place the bulgar wheat in a pan, pour over 275 ml of boiling water and cover for 15 minutes, until the water has been completely absorbed.

Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Once cooled, add the bulgar wheat to the bowl, season with salt and pepper and stir well.

Allow to chill in the fridge between 2-4 °C for a few hours before serving.
